The physical CF SHOP! card can be used at thousands of the top shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations in CF shopping centres and office properties across Canada. As participation is voluntary, and may vary from centre to centre, it is a good idea to check Cadillac Fairview Shopping Centres for a complete list of participating stores.


When you arrive at a retail location, let the store associate know you will be using the CF SHOP! card to pay for your purchase and swipe the card at the retailer’s terminal to make payment.


Always ensure you have enough money on your CF SHOP! card before you make your purchase. CF SHOP! card balances are available in real-time from the Gift Cards section of the app. You may also make split purchase payments using your CF SHOP! card by telling the store associate how much money you have left on your CF SHOP! card and paying the difference using another form of payment.

There are several ways you can check balances and transactions:

  • LIVE by CF app: Add your CF SHOP! card to your LIVE by CF app and you can track your card balance anytime in the Gift Cards section of the app. Click here to download the LIVE by CF app.
  • CFRegister.ca: Card balances and transactions made with the CF SHOP! card can be accessed online at cfregister.ca by entering the 16-digit card number and 6-digit Security Code which are available in your LIVE by CF app.
  • CF Guest Services: CF SHOP! Card balances can  be provided by CF Guest Services staff at any of our shopping centres across Canada.
  • Customer Support Line: Card balances are also available by phoning the Gift Card Support line at 1-800-755-0257.

If, for any reason, you need to return the item you purchased with your CF SHOP! card, you will need to check with the store’s return policy. Their policies may be to credit the funds back to your card, give you in-store credit or give you cash back. Funds credited back to the CF SHOP! card may not be immediately available. For more details or assistance please contact customer service at 1-866-229-2224.

This does not apply for promotional cards. Make sure to check the front and back of your card for more details.

The funds on your CF SHOP! card do not expire, but your card does. You can view the expiry date of your card when you add your card to your LIVE by CF account in LIVE by CF where it says ‘Valid thru’; the expiry date is in MM/YY (month/year) format so for example 01/29 means the card expires at the end of January 2029.  Contact support at 1-800-755-0257 or visit us at Guest Services at any CF shopping centre if your card is about to expire or has expired and you can have the remaining balance transferred to a new card at no cost.

No, the CF SHOP! card can only be used to make purchases in-store at participating Cadillac Fairview retail locations.

You can obtain a replacement physical card with remaining funds transferred over to a new card if your physical CF SHOP! card is ever lost or stolen. Visit Guest Services at any CF shopping centre with your original purchase receipt to show proof of ownership of the card. View your card details for a CF SHOP! card gift card(s) registered on CFRegister.ca or a CF SHOP! card gift card(s) linked to your LIVE by CF account in the LIVE by CF app. The fee for replacing lost, stolen or damaged cards is up to CAD$5 per card.

No, the physical CF SHOP! card must be swiped at the store’s terminal to pay. It is not supported by Apple Pay and Google Pay.

CF SHOP! cards are available for purchase in-person at Guest Services at CF shopping centres across Canada. Check shops.cadillacfairview.com for a complete list of CF shopping centre locations.

CF SHOP! cards can be purchased in any denomination between CAD$10 and CAD$500, the amount you put on the card is up to you.

The CF SHOP! card is subject to a one-time up-front card purchase fee and the amount varies by province when a CF SHOP! card is purchased in-person at a CF shopping centre. Purchase fee discounts may also be available for bulk purchases of 25 cards or more. Speak with a Guest Services representative at your nearest CF shopping centre for more details.


A purchase fee of CAD$1.50 (plus applicable taxes) is charged for each CF SHOP! card when purchased online.

Debit

Interac Debit payment only. No limit. Cardholder must be present with card and PIN entry for any debit card purchase.


Credit Card

Mastercard / Visa / American Express / Discover / UnionPay

Credit Card limit CAD$5,000 per transaction, per day. Credit Cardholder must be present with card and I.D. for verification with signature or PIN entry for any credit card purchase.


UnionPay & UnionPay QR

CAD$5,000 limit per customer, per transaction, per day. Cardholder must be present with card and PIN entry for any UnionPay payment card purchase or present with UnionPay App and QR code for UnionPay QR purchase.

*Not available at CF Champlain, CF Fairview Park, CF Lime Ridge, CF Polo Park, CF Promenades St-Bruno, CF Shops at Don Mills, and TD Centre.


Certified Cheque & Electronic Funds Transfer

Please allow 10 business days to process orders purchased by certified cheque. All certified cheques are to be made payable to CFCL re:Gift card.


For purchases over CAD$3,000

Due to anti-money laundering policies, CF Guest Services is required to obtain the customer’s name and verify identification for personal purchases over CAD$3,000 and the Company name for corporate purchases over CAD$3,000.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard for purchases of up to CAD$1,000.


Payment must be made via a credit card or debit card with a Canadian billing address. We are unable to accept international orders.

The charge for your CF SHOP! card order will be listed on your credit card statement or bank account statement (for Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard payments) as: CFSHOPCARD.CA from TORONTO, ON along with the total amount charged inclusive of any fees and taxes.

Shipping and handling fees cover all costs associated with the processing, delivery and packaging of CF SHOP! cards in an order. These fees are subject to GST, HST and QST where applicable.

There are three convenient shipping options available:

Canada Post Regular Lettermail

  • Available for orders under CAD$100
  • Shipment takes between 2 to 8 business days
  • This option must be selected if delivery to a P.O. Box is requested

Courier

  • Available for orders of CAD$100 or more
  • Shipment takes between 2 to 3 business days depending on your location
  • Signature will be required
  • An order tracking number is included with your purchase confirmation email
  • This option is not available if delivery to a P.O. Box is requested

Expedited Next-Business-Day Delivery

  • Also available to most metropolitan areas
  • An order tracking number is included with your purchase confirmation email

CF SHOP! card orders can be shipped anywhere in Canada.

Fees vary by shipping method and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Please note that some customers may experience some delays due to 3rd party shipment timelines as well as possibility of delays due to strikes, weather events and other unforeseeable circumstances.

The CF SHOP! Mastercard Gift Card closed on September 9, 2024 and is no longer available for purchase. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We invite you to purchase our physical CF SHOP! card, which is available to ship and is the ideal gift for any occasion.

The CF SHOP! Mastercard Gift Card has been decommissioned; however, physical CF SHOP! Cards are available for purchase in person at any of our shopping centres across Canada and online at cfshopcard.ca.

If you still have unused funds on your CF SHOP! Mastercard Gift Card after September 9th, 2024, you can request a physical CF SHOP! card or a refund cheque.

Your CF SHOP! card is issued and managed by Peoples Trust Company including CF SHOP! card gift cards issued prior to November 15, 2022 by PACE Savings & Credit Union Limited. In order to issue your CF SHOP! card, and to comply with anti-money laundering and other financial services policies and procedures, the information you provide when making your order may be shared with Peoples Trust Company.


Cadillac Fairview uses third party services to help process your transaction and to ship your card. These service providers will handle your information on our behalf and may also use de-identified information to maintain and improve their services.
